Unreasonably canceled order. I have ordered goods several times and paid on time. The last order was accepted, but the company did not fulfill it. The company's explanations are incomprehensible to me – some kind of geopolitics (I live in Croatia, what does geopolitics have to do with this), changes in order acceptance conditions (there are no changes on the website), something else absurd.

The web shop operates excellently. Everything is fine until they take your money. After that, the paid gold doesn't arrive, emails bounce back, nobody answers the phone, the staff at the office are friendly, but AI support replies within a few days. Generally, if I'm lucky, I will receive the gold within 60 days. DO NOT BUY through AURODOMUS.

Desperate gold procurement!!!! I've been waiting for over 50 days for the purchased gold bars, and there's no one I can ask where I can get information or find out anything about the delivery date of the PURCHASED bars!!! During the sale of a product in excellent condition at the office in Nova Gradiška, instead of receiving the full amount, I had to haggle like at a market, and I was paid about 57 EUR less than it should have been. Very pathetic, considering the large profit you make from resale and the constant increase in gold prices. The seller pretended to call the boss, and then he offered a price... I do not recommend the store and warn customers to be cautious.

Unfortunately, at the branch in City Centre West this morning, the staff member did not pay any attention to my entrance, did not greet me, and did not stand up from the computer. I waited briefly thinking she had a client behind the partition. When I realized there was no one else but her and that she was ignoring me, I left disappointed and without the baptism gift I intended to buy.

The woman working in Zadar is extremely rude and impolite; she literally yells at me and at the people who came while I was there. The old lady looks terrible, who even pays her?
