Some details in the webshop need improvement, especially regarding the selection of the birth date. Furthermore, it's not good that after entering a lot of data, if something is entered incorrectly, most of what has been entered gets deleted, and it has to be re-entered. Card payments were declined several times, so I had to use a transaction account. Everything else is fine.

The purchase was relatively straightforward, with the complaint that the data entry page does not save all the entered information (if you go a step forward and then return to the previous one), so the same information needs to be entered multiple times, which prolongs the process.

Everything goes well during the ordering process except for entering special notes. At the moment I try to enter the specified notes, it logs me out of the login and purchasing page. That's the only complaint; everything else is fine.

The user profile is not optimized for mobile. It is suspicious that they request an OIB and a picture of an ID. Can they steal identity now??? What about GDPR? The website is okay.
