In the branch in Sisak, I received information from the friendly and polite Ivana that along with gold buyback, it is also possible to purchase investment gold and silver in bars. Since the price of gold increased by 45% last year, it is the most favorable investment. The prediction is that the price of 1 gram of gold will be €100. Ivana also informed me about the safety of purchasing gold in bars, as they are one of the two companies that provide a certificate, thus preventing fraud in purchases.

Some details in the webshop need improvement, especially regarding the selection of the birth date. Furthermore, it's not good that after entering a lot of data, if something is entered incorrectly, most of what has been entered gets deleted, and it has to be re-entered. Card payments were declined several times, so I had to use a transaction account. Everything else is fine.

The purchase was relatively straightforward, with the complaint that the data entry page does not save all the entered information (if you go a step forward and then return to the previous one), so the same information needs to be entered multiple times, which prolongs the process.
