The prices are solid and better than some other sites, but I can't seem to purchase a product. It won't accept my verification, even though I have all permissions for the camera and microphone enabled. It won't allow me to make a payment, even though I have an mToken. It constantly gets rejected! I don't understand why.

The contradictory information is on the website, it says that deliveries in Rijeka and Zagreb are on the same day... when I bought the product, now the delivery is from 15-30 working days, that is not even close to 'same day'... if I had known, I wouldn't have bought online... everything else is fine.

It's nice and detailed, although I think information about the next step in the procedure should be added, as well as instructions about the next steps regarding delivery and storage, if agreed upon. It is also very difficult to find contact information for questions on the site. The Q&A on the website does not satisfy all inquiries.

The gold sale that was supposed to take place, as announced a day earlier via phone and email (according to the instructions from the employee in Našice), was impossible at the branch during business hours, and I did not receive any money. This is very irresponsible and a poor advertisement for a company. My rating would be worse if you didn't have such polite employees. You could take a cue from the competition that operates much better than you. My advice is, if you do business with this company, take your gold because otherwise, you won’t be able to sell it when you want.
