During the sale of a product in excellent condition at the office in Nova Gradiška, instead of receiving the full amount, I had to haggle like at a market, and I was paid about 57 EUR less than it should have been. Very pathetic, considering the large profit you make from resale and the constant increase in gold prices. The seller pretended to call the boss, and then he offered a price... I do not recommend the store and warn customers to be cautious.

Unfortunately, at the branch in City Centre West this morning, the staff member did not pay any attention to my entrance, did not greet me, and did not stand up from the computer. I waited briefly thinking she had a client behind the partition. When I realized there was no one else but her and that she was ignoring me, I left disappointed and without the baptism gift I intended to buy.

The polite employee tried to shortchange me on the weight and karats. I do not recommend them to anyone. Only laypeople and individuals who have no idea about gold buying can give them a good rating. They are not transparent and do not have a published calculator.

Tonight, the fountain location offers 40 euros per gram for 585 gold. I have 44 grams. I ended up selling the same at the Gold Center in the Rijeka skyscraper, where I received 52.10 euros per gram. SHAMEFUL HOW BIG THE DIFFERENCE IS. I would recommend everyone to first inquire at various locations in Rijeka because you can see that the difference is abnormal.

For the purchase of 14 karat gold, I was offered a price of 1300 euros. At the same time, in the Gold Center in Zagreb, the price for the same gold was 4200 euros, and at a local jeweler, it was 3750 euros. It's shameful; I will never set foot in that branch again. This refers to the branch in Karlovac.
