The product is good. The problem is the Bima webshop, which sends fragile packages in unprotected packaging. One glass arrived broken, and they do not want to acknowledge the complaint. It's not about the glass itself but about the unprofessional approach of the company, from the very shipping to resolving the issue that occurred through their fault. Overall, I don’t think I will buy from them again and I do not recommend purchasing through their webshop.

Kao ĆĄto vam je jasno objaĆĄnjeno putem e-maila, za evidentiranje svake reklamacije potrebno je poslati fotografije oĆĄtećenja i pakiranja, ĆĄto je standardna procedura kod svih dostavnih reklamacija. Vi ste to odbili učiniti i pritom zaprijetili negativnim recenzijama. Ćœao nam je zbog vaĆĄeg dojma, no u ovom slučaju uzrok nesporazuma nije u naĆĄem radu, nego u odbijanju suradnje tijekom rjeĆĄavanja reklamacije.
