The wild goat capsules have helped me with knee problems. My family (older members) and I have been using them for about 10 years. Before that, I had significant difficulties when I had to squat and stand up from a squatting position. Now, as I am much older, I have no knee issues. I take one capsule a day.

I have been taking the pills for over 2 years; I don't notice any improvement, but my condition hasn't worsened either. Since I don't know how it would be if I didn't take them, I think that's progress too.
