Our collaboration with the eCommerce Association of Croatia has been one of the key factors for the success of our webshop on all dimensions. As members of the Association, we educated ourselves through quality and informative Cro Commerce conferences, eCommerce magazines, and online channels. We quickly implemented what we learned on concrete examples/tasks from the Professional Analysis reports for webshops organized by the Association. Through the analysis, we identified shortcomings in legal regulations, opportunities for improving analytics, UX, SEO, content for product pages, marketing, and various optimizations, shipping, and tools for fast eComm progress.
