The microwave I ordered (and paid for immediately) was initially available, but they actually didn't have it in stock (I received this information only after 2 weeks). I was offered a replacement microwave that cost 28€ less, I accepted, but the delivery only arrived after an additional 2 weeks (without any email notification that the delivery had started). The difference was incorrectly refunded to my account (I received 18€ back).

I am dissatisfied because the data on the webshop is incorrect and misleading to the customer. Seven days after my advance payment, a person contacted me and requested an additional delivery fee because the item I ordered does not fit in the BOX. When I pointed out that this is their mistake and that they should cover the 5 EUR delivery fee, I was told that they cannot do that, as it is not legal. I requested a cancellation because I do not want to pay more than what was agreed upon at the time of purchase. To this day, my cash funds have not been returned.

The TCL 55" television was ordered at the beginning of January (07.01.) and delivered on 19.02. Throughout that time, the seller did not contact me first; instead, I had to reach out via phone and email, and the first concrete written response with a proposed solution came a month after the order. When placing the order, there was an option to add a warranty of 5+2, which I paid for, but at the time of delivery, the warranty was 2+3, which misled me. This is my second purchase at the same store. I will think carefully about my next one.

The product was not sent; after more than a month and difficulty contacting customer service (emails and unanswered calls where the automated message says they will call back, which doesn’t happen), it turns out the product is no longer being manufactured and there’s nothing I can do... I am very disappointed because that exact product was the one I was looking for. If they had let me know earlier that they couldn’t deliver the product, I would have looked for it elsewhere before it stopped being produced; there was enough time.

After 14 days, I only received an email saying that the order was canceled. THE STORE IS A FRAUD!!!! They take your money while delaying delivery, and after a certain period, they cancel the orders and refund the money. They ensure their operational funds for business. When you inquire, they shout at you and hang up the phone. DO NOT FALL FOR FAKE PROMOTIONS; if the price is lower than elsewhere, be sure IT'S A FRAUD!
