Mila Ne bi preporučila ovaj web shop s obzirom da se stvarne boje materijala uvelike razlikuju od onih koje su na slici bez obzira na njihovu napomenu da se to može dogoditi. Mislila sam da će mi doći bijeli krevet no stigao je nekakav tmurno sivi. Manje koristite photoshop i prikažite realne boje.

Kupac nije naručio bijeli krevet već je naručio krevet svjetlo bež boje te je isti i dostavljen. Na web shopu istaknuto je više fotografija svakog proizvoda kao i fotografija samog materijala koji ne odstupa od realne boje. Ako niste sigurni u vrstu i/ili nijansu tkanine, na upit šaljemo fotografije uzoraka tkanina te šaljemo i besplatno uzorke određenih artikala na adresu kupaca. Osim toga, nudimo mogućnost povrata proizvoda ukoliko niste zadovoljni proizvodom u roku 14 dana od primitka proizvoda. U ovom slučaju, kupac se javio nakon 30 dana, nakon što je krevet raspakirao te ga kompletnog sastavio, iako se nepodudaranje moglo vidjeti odmah bez potpunog raspakiravanja i sastavljanja kreveta.
