Poštovana Andrea, žao nam je što ste imali loše iskustvo s kupovinom. Nažalost, tko radi taj i griješi pa se i nama dogodilo da proizvoda nije bilo na lageru, a ostala je kriva informacija na webu. Nadamo se da ovo nije kraj naše suradnje i da ćete nam dati priliku da ispravimo loše iskustvo.

prije 8 dana sam naručio bluetooth slušalice i žične naglavne slušalice,nigdje ne piše šta je raspoloživo a što nije,i dalje im piše na stranici da je dostava unutar 5 radnih dana,ne poštuju svoje vlastite rokove,rečeno mi je da ću čekati 5-7 dana naručeno,sad je prošlo 8 dana,a gospoda kažu da će narudžba stići u utorak ili srijedu...to je 13 ili 14 dana čekanja...prije stignu iz Kine...jako neprofesionalno i loše
