They don't have the product in stock after it has been paid for; according to them, it hasn't been paid at all, even though it has. To get a refund, you have to contact the bank.

Poštovana Andrea, žao nam je što ste imali loše iskustvo s kupovinom. Nažalost, tko radi taj i griješi pa se i nama dogodilo da proizvoda nije bilo na lageru, a ostala je kriva informacija na webu. Eight days ago, I ordered Bluetooth headphones and wired headphones. Nowhere does it state what is available and what is not, and it still says on the website that delivery is within 5 business days. They do not respect their own deadlines. I was told I would wait 5-7 days for my order, and now 8 days have passed, and the gentlemen say that the order will arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday... that is 13 or 14 days of waiting... it gets here from China faster... very unprofessional and poor service.
