They don't have the product in stock after it has been paid for; according to them, it hasn't been paid at all, even though it has. To get a refund, you have to contact the bank.

Eight days ago, I ordered Bluetooth headphones and wired headphones. Nowhere does it state what is available and what is not, and it still says on the website that delivery is within 5 business days. They do not respect their own deadlines. I was told I would wait 5-7 days for my order, and now 8 days have passed, and the gentlemen say that the order will arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday... that is 13 or 14 days of waiting... it gets here from China faster... very unprofessional and poor service.

I ordered Bluetooth headphones on October 3, 2022, which were delivered faulty. I sent them for repair, and as of today, December 6, 2022, the headphones still haven't arrived. I made many phone inquiries about the status of the headphones and always received the reply: "I need to check, I will call you back." The promised call never came. Never again.

Unprofessional! I waited seven days for the phone, no sign or communication, they do not respond to inquiries about the status of the shipment, they only replied when I stated that I could cancel the order. And they canceled the order.

Disaster of a webshop! I ordered a product, and they sent an email to cancel the order without any explanation!! Incredible how irresponsible and disrespectful they are! I definitely do not recommend this webshop!
