The store itself is great and carries some brands that are not available in the much larger pet shop chains. The website is only slightly lacking in terms of the search function and filtering. This should be improved a bit to make shopping (and browsing) as easy and quick as possible.

First order.. they advertise a 10% discount.. it wasn't applied through the app.. I complained via email and received a nonsensical response.. that I registered in 2025 and didn't use the discount then. A month ago, I bought a puppy, and in 2025 I didn't have a pet, so I certainly didn't register back then. Overall, no understanding.. I won't shop there anymore. A typical example of lack of empathy toward the customer.

The delivery and processing of the product were very slow, and my dog ended up being allergic to the UTI, i.e., cranberries. She is once again having problems with her skin and digestion. Unfortunately, your product did not help us. One thing gets better, another gets worse...

Great pet shop that is a must-stop station on our walk! Everyone is friendly, plenty of items for all pets, and the best salespeople in the world!
