In several instances, we needed to make changes/file complaints, and Ms. Roberta Juzbašić from the complaints department was always extremely helpful. The responses to emails literally arrived within 10 minutes. Hats off to such employees; take care of them as if they were your own eye.

Uvođenjem novog načina obračuna bodova i popusta želimo omogućiti našim članovima jednostavniji i brži dolazak do popusta. Prema novim uvjetima, za potrošenih 100 eura sada ostvarujete popust od 10%, što je povoljnije u usporedbi s prijašnjim uvjetima gdje je za isti popust bilo potrebno ostvariti kupnju u vrijednosti od 135 eura. Uz to, nova pravila omogućuju transparentniji sustav, čime nastojimo poboljšati korisničko iskustvo. Žao nam je ako su promjene uvjeta izazvale Vaše nezadovoljstvo ili neugodnosti. Vaši povratni komentari nam pomažu da bolje razumijemo potrebe naših kupaca i dodatno unaprijedimo naš sustav.
