I ordered a stove with delivery to my apartment, located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Clear and friendly additional information provided over the phone, fast delivery, delivery cost is reasonable, and the delivery personnel were exceptionally helpful. My recommendation.

If someone receives a damaged product (as happened to me), according to their contract and consumer protection law, you have the right, if you report the damage within 2 months after noticing it, to exchange the product for a functional one or get a refund (my damaged fridge was replaced with a functional one).

They sent me the wrong cooking plate, a cheaper one by 100 euros, and they didn't want to acknowledge my complaint. They said it wasn't true. I have a receipt for the more expensive plate, but in the kitchen, there's a plate with a different code. Catastrophe!
