Ordered a keyboard with a UK layout, received one with a US layout. The product was obviously used (security seal broken, protective film removed, marks on the USB cable), charged €229 as new. A written complaint was sent on 23.02.2026 – with no response and no confirmation of receipt. The only email I received was a promotional newsletter with offers for new products. Very bad experience.
