Ordered a keyboard with a UK layout, received one with a US layout. The product was obviously used (security seal broken, protective film removed, marks on the USB cable), charged €229 as new. A written complaint was sent on 23.02.2026 – with no response and no confirmation of receipt. The only email I received was a promotional newsletter with offers for new products. Very bad experience.

...lies, deceit, and customer deception. And the sellers - scum.

The images of the product do not match the product. They sell a product called a vacuum cleaner, but the so-called vacuum cleaner arrives without a brush and cannot vacuum carpets.

3 weeks after the order, the product still hasn't been shipped.
